How to find Landlords?

 

When you are looking for accommodations (houses, flats, rooms…) for yourself you come across lot of Landlords/Agents phone numbers find from different websites.

We are only interested in the landlords that are not living in the so called renting property.

So there is a couple essential information you can confirm before referring that number to us or not: Is it a landlord or an agent? If it is a landlord, does s/he live in the property? If No please proceed with reference.

 

 

Do I need to know personally a Landlord/Seller to refer him/her?

 

No. You only need to have their name, phone number, and if possible the property address to rent or sell.

 

How long is the reference valid for?

 

One year. After that year the reference becomes invalid and any business acquired can no longer generate any commission.

 

Can I refer more than one landlord/seller?

 

Yes, you can do as many as reference you have. But a separate form should be filled in for each reference.

The commission is payable on each phone number you referred that is transformed into a business to Weenwin.

 

 

I just finished to refer a landlord/seller what should I do next?

You will be contacted as soon as possible to confirm that you are the first person to introduce that telephone number (landlord/seller) to us as soon as the administrator has made the necessary verification.

Your reference is valid for one year and you will be contacted at any time within that year to receive your commission should the reference has become business to Weenwin
